- Tokens
- A way to measure usage. In business terms, it helps to think of them as cost per useful task rather than technical jargon.
- Connector
- The piece that lets the Agent work with a specific tool, such as email, Analytics or a CRM.
- Automation
- A workflow that cuts down manual work on repetitive tasks.
- Context
- Information the Agent uses to better understand what you want, which tools it works with and what goal you are pursuing.
- Discovery
- The initial phase to understand which tools a person uses and which tasks are worth delegating.
- Quick win
- A small, visible and fast improvement that proves value without building something overly complex.
