Before you decide

What people ask before switching it on

Does it work with my personal WhatsApp or only with WhatsApp Business?

With both. It links as one more device, just like WhatsApp Web.

Will my customers know that an AI is answering them?

We recommend that they do: have the agent introduce itself as an automated assistant in its first message. You set that in the instructions.

What happens if the agent doesn't know the answer?

Whatever you have told it to do: for example, say that it will check and get back to them shortly.

What about Meta AI, the one already inside WhatsApp?

Meta AI is an assistant for you: you are the one who asks it. An agent answers your customers for you.

How is this different from the official WhatsApp Business API?

That is Meta's route for high volumes: you need a technician to connect it and it has its own cost. With an agent you link your number with a QR code and that's it.

Does it reply in groups?

If you want it to. You choose whether it handles them and whether it replies to everything or only when mentioned.

Can I connect several numbers?

Yes. Each number is linked with its own QR code.
