How the credit works

You pay for AI as you use it, like electricity

Your plan is the only fixed cost each month. AI goes separately because you consume it: every time your agent works, it spends a little credit, and you only spend what you use. A scheduled task costs around one cent; a report, about 15.

The credit doesn't expire, you top it up whenever you like and you always see the price before you spend. We explain it with examples in Your agent spends credit: how it works.

Does the free credit expire?
No. The credit doesn't expire and you can top it up whenever you like.
Can the promotions be combined?
Yes, they stack with each other. For example, when you sign up you get the €10 free and, if you choose the “Popular” top-up, €20 more.
When do they end?
None of them has an end date. If any of them changes, you'll see it here and in the Community. Whatever you already have in your credit stays there.
Are the free models suitable for customer data?
No. They are experimental models with no data processing agreement: use them for tasks with no personal data. For customer data, the European models on the Professional plan. We explain it in Private AI.
