What is an AI agent?

A program that understands what you ask for in plain language and does it for you. Unlike a chat, it can get into your tools — email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp — and run tasks from start to finish.

What is the difference between an AI agent and ChatGPT?

ChatGPT answers you inside its own window. An agent works outside it: it connects to your tools, remembers what you have told it and can work on its own, at the time you choose.

What types of AI agent are there?

The most common ones are the personal agent, the project agent, the customer support agent and teams of agents, where several of them split the work.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You talk to it in your own words, like a new colleague. There is nothing to install and nothing to configure.

How much does an AI agent cost?

Is it safe to give it access to my email?
