Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website may store on your device to remember information about your visit, improve the technical operation of the site and, where applicable, measure usage or personalise content and advertising.
2. What does hablo.es currently use?
hablo.es uses technical or strictly necessary cookies for the basic operation of the site and of areas related to the service, such as session authentication, security, the maintenance of essential operational preferences and the internal measurement of the origin of requests.
In addition, the website uses Google Analytics 4 with Google's advanced Consent Mode: analytics cookies and identifiers are only activated if the user expressly accepts them through the consent panel. If they are rejected, no cookies are installed and no identifiers are collected; Google can only receive aggregated, cookieless data (modelling) that does not allow you to be identified. If the Marketing category is also accepted, Google Ads signals are activated to measure advertising conversions.
3. Consent manager categories
We have implemented a preferences panel so that you can accept, reject or configure the use of non-necessary cookies. The configured categories are:
- Technical or necessary: essential for the website to function correctly. Always active.
- Preferences: allow non-essential user options to be remembered.
- Analytics: help us measure the use of the website and improve the service. They may currently include Google Analytics 4 and are only activated with consent.
- Marketing: allow campaigns, advertising and conversions on third-party platforms to be measured. Google Ads is currently used (conversion measurement and, where applicable, remarketing), which is only activated if you give your consent.
Non-necessary cookies are only activated when the user gives their consent.
4. Consent
Technical cookies are used because they are necessary to provide the service. Analytics, preferences or marketing cookies are only activated if you give your prior consent through the settings panel. You may accept, reject or configure your preferences on a granular basis.
5. How to manage your preferences
You can manage your preferences from the banner shown when accessing the site or from the "Configure cookies" link in the footer. You may change your choice at any time.
6. Retention and third parties
If we incorporate new analytics, advertising, social media or conversion measurement tools, we will update this policy by identifying the provider, the purpose, the legal basis, the duration and, where applicable, any international transfers that may apply.
7. Further information
