Your data is yours. You can ask for a copy or ask us to delete it whenever you want. And underneath there's OpenClaw, an open project — not some technology of ours that only works here.

How much do I pay in total for the first month?
The price of the plan and nothing else. On the Personal plan that's €9.99, and the AI credit you start with —€10— is free. AI is paid for separately because you consume it, but that first credit isn't paid by you.
Do I need to know about computers?
No. Your agents arrive working: there's nothing to install and nothing to configure. You ask them for things by talking to them, the way you'd ask a new colleague. And if you get stuck, we stay with you in the Community until they do what you need.
Is there any lock-in?
None. It's month to month and you cancel in one click from your customer area. No phone calls, no forms and no need to explain yourself.
What is an LLM or AI model?
An LLM (Large Language Model) is the brain that makes your agents think. It's the same kind of technology that sits behind ChatGPT: you write something, the model understands it and answers.
There's no single model that's good at everything: some write better, some reason better, some are far cheaper. That's why at hablo we don't tie you to one — you choose which one each agent uses and for what. And since every model costs what it costs, what you spend depends on which one you ask.
What are tokens and how much do they cost?
Tokens are your agents' energy: what they spend when they think. Every plan starts with €10 of credit, which lasts for weeks of normal use. When you want more, you top up — almost at cost, and always seeing the price before you spend.
Can I change plan later on?
Whenever you like. You upgrade from your customer area in one click and you only pay the difference for the days left in the month.
What's the difference between shared and dedicated?
On Personal and Professional your agents live on shared infrastructure, which is more than enough for day-to-day work. On Dedicated they have their own server: guaranteed resources, no neighbours, for heavy, sustained workloads.
And what if one day I want to leave?
You cancel and that's it. Your agents stay active until the end of the month you have already paid for. You can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, and there is no penalty at all for leaving.
